Kent’s leading dog training school launches a new website and course booking system

Lynda Hammond has been involved with dog training for many years. In 2017 she launched her own dog and puppy training school near Wouldham in Kent. Scamper forward to 2021, when we met Lynda whilst booking the Gibit puppy Marney (above) onto one of her courses at Puppy Dog Tails. Her understanding of our furry friends is innate and her professionalism shone through.

Our chat revealed that Lynda already had a website that didn’t do much for her and she knew that a more powerful one was essential to grow her business — that’s when our working relationship with Puppy Dog Tails began.

Affectionately known as ‘The Mad Pug Lady’ around Kent, Lynda needed a website that would advertise her courses and field hire facilities, take bookings, process payments and keep her files organised from week to week. We automated every possible part of her business through her new website. We even got to show her fun side with some new branding and playful site language.

Within a year of launching the new website, Linda’s business was thriving, showing a phenomenal 45% increase in revenue. Customers began commenting on how easy it was to book her courses and hire her dog walking fields.

We continue to work with her to evolve the digital side of her business and Marney dog keeps an eye on quality control.
